What a saw... Just love the zero clearance and so well made, stays true throughout max cuts. Right out of the box the saw was true in every respect. Now I have room to move freely in my small shop plus it's not as heavy as I thought, so easily moved when needed. Very solid and Hatachi once again has proven they make great products. Do yourself a favor, buy this saw you I believe you will not regret it. Now onto upgrading my table saw to possibly a C10FL 15-AMP or C10LA Cabinet Saw ...

Love the Zero clearance

I have had several slide miter saws over the years. I really like how this saws foot print is so much smaller. I was able to install it on a standard 25" bench. My old saw was on a 40"+ bench.
The saw itself operates flawlessly. The adjustable laser is nice too.

Great saw

Bought this saw to replace the non sliding model. nothing wrong with it, just wanted the slider.Great saw. Works just as described. Laser is dead on, out of the box!

I am glad I bought this Radial Saw. Was a fan of Milwaukee, but now switching alliegance to Meatbo.

C12RSH2 12" Sliding Dual Compound Miter Saw

This saw is accurate and very smooth when cutting. The slider works perfectly. It keeps the setting perfectly with no side to side movement. 
It is light enough for me to use from site to site and would be a great saw for the shop. 
I would highly recommend this saw for the professional and DIYer.

Excellent miter saw

This saw has met my needs for a larger cross cut capability.  Price was very good for the product.  I have several Metabo products and have not been disappointed with any of them.  Only area for improvement would be to have a one piece rear fence.  It is rather fussy to adjust the two independent rear fence segments to square the saw cut.

Excellent value overall. I had to square the fence to the blade, but after that it cuts very well with a metabo finish blade. Getting accuracy to within a 64th with pine and better with hardwoods.

Bought to remodel my house, very pleased

Worked great out of the box. My only issue is dust collection and trying to find a vacuum hose that will fit. Even with a vacuum line attached, saw dust scatters everywhere.

C12RSH2 12" Sliding Dual Compound Miter Saw with L

Very nice saw cuts smoothly and accurately out of the box.  I don't care for the laser switch.  It i has to be turned on or off, and does not activate with the trigger.  It also disappears when cutting, because when lowering the saw to cut, the rubber dust gaurd blocks it before the blade is close to the wood.  It makes it difficult to see if something is not lined up correctly.  I have also caught my self leaving the laser turned on after cutting, because with nothing on the table it disappears into the plate.  
Other than the laser I love the saw.  I really like that it can be closer to the wall so it takes up less space than traditional sliding miter saws.

Great saw. The only thing I didn't like was the depth adjustment for the laser is hidden behind the warning sticker and there is no mention of it in the manual. When I first set it up the laser was not parallel to the blade and had to call CS to find out how to adjust it

Laser needs tweaking

Bought it brand new. I loved Hitachi. Not sure what changed but this Metabo saw fell apart 1 week into using. The O-ring in the slider came loose. Now the saw is off at least 2 degrees
